Red Clover (Trifolium pratense) is a drought tolerant perennial flower that excels at adding nitrogen to the soil and provides food to any herbivore and pollen to many bees. On top of that it is edible by humans and has long been used in traditional and alternative medicines.
Put all that another way, Red Clover is a resilient plant that gives more back to the community in which it grows than it takes.
That is how we believe organizations should operate as well – as additive rather than extractive entities; giving back more to the community in which they operate than they take, and as resilient institutions ready to face the challenges that come with any worthwhile venture.
